Ribbon Cable, also known as rainbow or FRC cable are made up two or more insulated conductors running side-by-side to make a flat design. Due to flat design it is easy to use with FRC connectors. Colour coding makes it easier to identify during assembly. Often used in computers, electronic circuits, displays etc.
